At Canada Pooch, we want to ensure your pup has the perfect fit for every adventure. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, free of pet hair, and include all original packaging and tags.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
